1. Visual inspection: During the visual inspection, the machine is carefully examined for externally visible damage, signs of wear, and possible defects. All assemblies and components relevant to operation are inspected to identify any initial indications of deviations from the target condition.
2. Technical inspection: This is followed by a detailed functional test of the most important machine components. This includes checking the machine geometry and testing central mechanical and electrical elements for operability. This allows potential performance limitations to be identified at an early stage.
3. Documentation & reporting: All findings obtained during the analysis are systematically recorded in a detailed service report. This report also includes a machine geometry report documenting the condition of the relevant axes and machine referencing points. If necessary, you will also receive specific recommendations for further measures to maintain or restore optimum machine function.

  Receive a 10% discount on repairs carried out – exclusively in conjunction with the Quick Check and provided that the repairs are based on the recommendations for action contained in the condition report. This allows you to invest specifically in restoring or optimizing your machine function – and at reduced rates.

  You can also save on spare parts: Receive a discount on all spare parts ordered in connection with the Quick Check and the recommendations derived from it. Delivery includes shipping and packaging at no additional cost. 

* Conditions of participation:

1. An additional €250 will be charged for each additional main spindle on the machine in question.
2. The quoted price is per machine and spindle and is capped at a maximum of one workday, including travel time to and from the site.
3. Discount promotion only valid within Europe.
4. Services or replacement parts requested or ordered based on the recommended course of action must be formally ordered within four weeks of the completion of the Quick Check.
5. The discount promotion cannot be combined with existing customer special discounts or service contracts.
