CLC 200 – Vertical gear hobbing machine

The CLC 200 is designed for the productive machining of gears, splined shafts, and worm gears up to module 5. Direct drives in the table and milling head eliminate gear play and create the design basis for reproducible high-quality gear teeth. The NC-controlled ring loader with automatic gripper positioning minimizes setup effort and non-productive times – both in single-part and batch production.

MSC 5 DUO – Twin-spindle CNC turning center

The MSC 5 DUO is designed for economical batch production of chucked components up to 120 mm in diameter in soft turning. Two simultaneously operating machining spindles in combination with a fully integrated 3-axis gantry loading system significantly reduce the production costs per workpiece. The compact machine concept facilitates integration into existing production lines and enables autonomous operation with minimal personnel.
