EMAG at Global Industrie Paris

Visit us from March 30 to April 2, 2026 at our booth J174 in Hall 6

The EMAG group will be presenting manufacturing solutions for a wide range of workpieces at Global Industrie 2026 in Paris Villepinte. At our booth, we will show you how turning, grinding, and other technologies can be combined to create high-performance production processes—tailored to your specific requirements.

Manufacturing solutions for a wide range of workpieces – all technologies from the EMAG group. Our highlights:

EMAG VL 2 vertical lathe for chucked components with pick-up automation
The VL 2 combines productivity and compactness in just 5 m². It integrates pick-up automation to achieve short workpiece changeover times.

VL 2 – Vertical pick-up turning machine for automated chuck part production

The VL 2 vertical turning machine machines workpieces with a diameter of up to 100 mm and a length of 150 mm. Its integrated pick-up automation concept enables short workpiece changeover times without the need for complex peripheral solutions. A turret with up to twelve turning or driven drilling and milling tools allows a wide range of machining operations in a single setup. With a footprint of only 5 m² and the option of easy link-up via conveyor belts, turners, and transfer devices, the VL 2 is ideal for integration into existing production lines. The machine base made of MINERALIT® polymer concrete provides the necessary stability and vibration damping—a prerequisite for consistent machining quality even with high quantities.

EMAG WPG 7 compact external cylindrical grinding machine for precision components up to 250 mm in length.
The WPG 7 offers precision external cylindrical grinding on a footprint of less than 4 m². Workpieces up to 250 mm in length are ground with µm precision.

WPG 7 – External cylindrical grinding in just 4 m²

The WPG 7 external cylindrical grinding machine from EMAG WEISS combines precision with an extremely compact design. All components—from the electrical cabinet to the cooling system—are located within a footprint of just 1.8 × 2.4 m. The wheel diameter of up to 500 mm ensures short grinding times. The machine is available as a 0° straight plunge or 30° angle plunge variant. The Fanuc control system includes all common grinding cycles as standard.
