Our Repair Process

Every spindle we service goes through a structured, documented process:

  1. Complete disassembly and professional cleaning of all components
  2. Metrological recording – all components within repair scope are measured and inspected
  3. Precision reassembly with correct torques and bearing preload per manufacturer specifications
  4. Original EMAG spare parts – all replacement parts are OEM and updated to current design standard
  5. Lubrication applied to EMAG specification (grease type and quantity)
  6. Test run on our test bench with full documentation of results

Test Bench Validation

Every reconditioned spindle undergoes a complete test run. The following parameters are measured and documented:

ParameterWhy It Matters for Your Production
Concentricity & axial run-outGuarantees surface quality and dimensional accuracy
Balancing qualityReduces vibration and extends tool and machine life
Hydrostatic flow rateMaintains optimal lubrication and cooling in all conditions
Power consumptionMonitors efficiency and identifies friction losses
Temperature behaviorPrevents thermal issues during production
Electrical characteristicsEnsures compatibility with your machine system
