MINERALIT® Machine Body

• Polymer concrete forms the base of all Modular Standard machines which supports all the technology units (working spindle, turrets, tailstock)
• Six to eight times better damping properties than gray cast iron
  

Fully Integrated Measuring

• Optional measuring station integrated into the automation flow
• Located outside the machining area, between production and the pick-up station, so it remains free of debris
• Carried out during transportation to the loading/unloading station, thus saving time
