Induction hardening of a hydraulic valve with the MIND-M 1000 hardening system

The complex geometry of this workpiece, due to all its boreholes, grooves and recesses, places very high demands on the induction hardening process. Progressive induction hardening takes place by applying different levels of energy to multiple points on the workpiece.

The MIND-M 1000 hardening system features maximum precision for controlling the axial feed and the energy application during the induction hardening process. This combination is what makes this high precision induction hardening possible and ultimately contributes to the top quality of the component. The MIND-M 1000 is designed for the induction hardening of workpieces up to 1000 mm in length and offers maximum flexibility due to its modular design.
