VSC TRIO Automatic Lathe – High-Productivity Machining on Multi-Spindle Machines

The VSC TRIO automatic lathe is the most productive and economical solution when large batches of workpieces have to be machined on the smallest possible footprint. Two-track loading considerably reduces loading times and the three vertical spindles collect the workpieces from conveyor belt 1 and unload them – after the machining cycle has been completed – on belt 2 for removal. The three spindles, all located in a single machining area, allow for workpiece diameter and length to be corrected  individually. The VSC TRIO multi-spindle machine features direct position feedback systems in all axes.
