The ServicePlus app give you access to the following service functions:
- Calling the appropriate service hotline based on the machine’s location
- Sending text messages to the responsible EMAG service, with attachments (e.g. photos or voice messages)
- Live video transmission between user and EMAG service
- Sending requests to service machine for necessary machine parts
- Sending requests for additional ServicePlus products for your EMAG machine
- Call-back service at a requested date and time (free of charge during service business hours)
