Eine Technik, die wesentlich zur Pr\u00e4zision von Feuerwaffen beitr\u00e4gt, ist das Rifling \u2013 das Einbringen schraubenf\u00f6rmiger Nuten (Z\u00fcge) in den Lauf einer Waffe. Mit der Weiterentwicklung der Technologie etabliert sich jedoch die elektrochemische Bearbeitung (ECM) als \u00fcberlegene Alternative, die eine wesentlich h\u00f6here Pr\u00e4zision erm\u00f6glicht.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ECM Rifling ist ein elektrochemisches Verfahren zur Formung der Innengeometrie von Gewehr- und Pistolenl\u00e4ufen. Das Besondere an ECM Rifling ist die hohe Qualit\u00e4t des Verfahrens.<\/p>\n<h3>Die ECM Rifling-Technologie bietet verschiedene Vorteile gegen\u00fcber traditionellen Methoden:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e4zision:<\/strong> Die Pr\u00e4zision der Waffen wird durch den gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und exakten Zug, der in den Lauf eingebracht wird, erheblich verbessert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reproduzierbarkeit:<\/strong> Jede Waffe, die mit dieser Technik bearbeitet wird, weist dieselben exakten Merkmale auf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit:<\/strong> Die ECM-Maschinen erm\u00f6glichen es, nicht nur standardm\u00e4\u00dfige gerade Z\u00fcge zu erzeugen, sondern auch spezielle Formen und Konizit\u00e4ten im Bereich von 10 bis 20 \u00b5m, was die ballistische Leistung weiter optimiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Mit den PI-Maschinen bietet EMAG eine leistungsf\u00e4hige ECM Rifling-L\u00f6sung, die kundenspezifisch konfiguriert werden kann. Diese Maschinen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein Rifling-Modul, das in die PI-Maschinen integriert ist.
