Fachvortr\u00e4ge aus der Wissenschaft, ECM-Pr\u00e4sentationen und Live-Maschinen-Demonstrationen lockten viele Besucher nach Gaildorf bei Schw\u00e4bisch Hall.<\/p>\n<h2><!--more--><br \/>\nElektrochemische Metallbearbeitung und E-Mobilit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n<p>Seit geraumer Zeit w\u00e4chst die Bedeutung der Elektrochemischen Metallbearbeitung im Bereich der E-Mobilit\u00e4t und in anderen Branchen. Warum EMAG ECM hier so erfolgreich ist, zeigten die Experten auf ihrem 2. ECM-Technologietag. So wurde bei der Veranstaltung verdeutlicht, wie sich selbst komplexe E-Bauteile mit einer schlanken und wirtschaftlich effizienten ECM-Prozesskette in Zukunft realisieren lassen. Dabei kommen das ECM-\u201eR\u00e4umen\u201c, <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/technologien\/ecm-bohren.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ECM-Bohren<\/a> <\/span>und<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/technologien\/ecm-entgraten.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> ECM-Entgraten<\/a><\/span> zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Zugleich erl\u00e4uterten die ECM-Experten die grunds\u00e4tzlichen Vorteile ihres Verfahrens, das ber\u00fchrungslos erfolgt: Es tritt kein W\u00e4rmeverzug und nahezu kein Werkzeugverschlei\u00df auf. Zudem entstehen Oberfl\u00e4chen mit maximaler G\u00fcte. Der ECM-Prozess ist absolut gratfrei, sodass in vielen Anwendungsf\u00e4llen weitere Entgratprozesse komplett entfallen. Die H\u00e4rte des Werkstoffs spielt dabei keine Rolle.<\/p>\n<h3>Technologische Bandbreite vorgestellt<\/h3>\n<p>Insgesamt gab es zahlreiche Programmpunkte \u201eaus Theorie und Praxis\u201c. So konnten die Besucher beispielsweise einen Vortrag des Werkzeugmaschinenlabors der RWTH Aachen, pr\u00e4sentiert von Dr. Andreas Klink , Oberingenieur Abteilung Abtragende Fertigungsverfahren Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Technologie der Fertigungsverfahren, zum wissenschaftlichen Status quo der ECM-Technologie verfolgen. EMAG pr\u00e4sentierte eine neue, deutlich kostenreduzierte PECM-Maschine im fr\u00fchen Stadium, die in naher Zukunft zum Einsatz kommen wird.
