Die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/werkstuecke\/rotorwelle-elektromotor.html\">Rotorwelle<\/a> ist hierf\u00fcr ein gutes Beispiel: Um aus zweiteiligen Schmiederohlingen eine hochpr\u00e4zise Komponente herstellen zu k\u00f6nnen, sind eine Vielzahl von einzelnen Bearbeitungsschritten n\u00f6tig \u2013 vom anf\u00e4nglichen Au\u00dfen-Drehen der zwei Endst\u00fccke \u00fcber das Verbinden per Laserschwei\u00dfen bis zum H\u00e4rten, Hartdrehen, Innenverzahnen und Finish-Schleifen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h6>Ganze Linie von EMAG<\/h6>\n<p>Damit der Gesamtprozess extrem schnell, pr\u00e4zise und prozesssicher abl\u00e4uft, entwickelt EMAG ganzheitliche L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr den Elektromotorenbau. Alle Fertigungssysteme, die Peripherie-Maschinen und die Automationstechnologie sind aufeinander abgestimmt. Optimierte Schnittstellen und ein ausgewogenes Layout sorgen f\u00fcr ein hohes Linientempo. Dazu kommt die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Maschinen. Beispielsweise kommen beim Drehen die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/drehmaschinen\/modular-vl.html\">VL-Maschinen<\/a> und die 4-achsigen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/drehmaschinen\/wellenbearbeitung-modular-vt.html\">VT-Maschinen<\/a> mit sehr schnellen Span-zu Span-Zeiten zum Einsatz: Per Pick-up-Spindel (VL) oder per Werkzeuggreifer (VT) werden die Rohteile in die Maschine transportiert und nach der Bearbeitung wieder entnommen. Auch der eigentliche Drehprozess vollzieht sich in kurzen Zyklen und mit hohen Schnittgeschwindigkeiten.<\/p>\n<h6>Schl\u00fcsselfertige Konstruktion<\/h6>\n<p>Insgesamt profitieren Kunden besonders vom ganzheitlichen Know-how bei EMAG. Das Unternehmen geh\u00f6rt zu den wenigen Herstellern, die mit ihren Fertigungssystemen die gesamte Prozesskette von der Weich- bis zur Hartbearbeitung abdecken. Der Planungsaufwand beim Kunden ist deshalb deutlich minimiert.
