Dahinter steht nicht zuletzt das Ziel, den technischen Wandel im Automobilbau mit voranzutreiben, denn zentrale Bauteile von elektrischen Antriebssystemen lassen sich mit der Technologie von EMAG effizient produzieren.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h6>Drehen: Sinkende St\u00fcckkosten<\/h6>\n<p>Was das im Detail bedeutet, macht etwa die auf der EMO gezeigte doppelspindelige Vertikaldrehmaschine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/drehmaschinen\/mehrspindler\/vl-3-duo.html\">VL3 DUO<\/a> deutlich \u2013 eine hochproduktive L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Getriebe- und Motorenkomponenten bis 150 Millimeter Durchmesser. Sie hat zwei voneinander entkoppelte Arbeitsr\u00e4ume mit kraftvollen, wassergek\u00fchlten Motorspindeln sowie Werkzeugrevolvern und ben\u00f6tigt inklusive Automation nur eine minimale Aufstellfl\u00e4che. Das TrackMotion Automationsystem garantiert den schnellen Teiletransport zwischen diesen Arbeitsr\u00e4umen. Im Ergebnis vollzieht sich ein Ablauf mit minimalen Taktzeiten und die St\u00fcckkosten sinken.<\/p>\n<h6>Laserschwei\u00dfen und F\u00fcgen: Prozesse parallel<\/h6>\n<p>Gleiches l\u00e4sst sich von der EMO-Weltpremiere <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/laserschweissmaschinen\/elc-160-hp.html\">ELC 160 HP<\/a> f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von Schaltrad und Kupplungsk\u00f6rper sagen. Die Produktionsl\u00f6sung verbindet mehrere Prozessschritte vom F\u00fcgen des Kupplungsk\u00f6rpers \u00fcber das Vorw\u00e4rmen bis zum Laserschwei\u00dfen. Die Taktzeit betr\u00e4gt zum Teil weniger als 10 Sekunden, weil die Prozesse parallel an vier Stationen ablaufen. Au\u00dferdem erm\u00f6glicht die ELC 160 HP ein automatisches Umr\u00fcsten der Vorrichtungen f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Gangstufen.
