Im Zentrum der dazugeh\u00f6rigen Getriebeproduktion stehen dabei vor allem Achsen und Scheiben (\u201ePulleys\u201c), die hochgenau und ohne jeden Fehler hartbearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen \u2013 das Ganze im Rahmen eines mehrstufigen Prozesses mit verschiedenen<a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/schleifmaschinen\/vertikale-dreh-und-schleifzentren-futterteile.html\"> Dreh- und Schleifmaschinen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eTurn-Key\u201c von EMAG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Angesichts des stark wachsenden CVT-Marktes sehen sich die Produktionsplaner aktuell deshalb einer Herausforderung gegen\u00fcber: Wie lassen sich prozesssichere Produktionsl\u00f6sungen m\u00f6glichst schnell etablieren? Die Antwort gibt EMAG: Die Maschinenbauer etablieren ganzheitliche Produktionsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr diese Anwendung. Alles kommt \u201eturn-key\u201c aus einer Hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perfekt getaktete Line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei den Pulleys stehen dabei zum Beispiel die Maschinen des Typs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emag.com\/de\/maschinen\/drehmaschinen\/customized-vlc\/vlc-200-gt.html\">VLC 200 GT<\/a> im Zentrum. Sie werden in einer Produktionslinie verkettet. Der Prozess erfolgt perfekt getaktet: Zuerst wird das Rohteil beschriftet, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und vermessen. Anschlie\u00dfend startet die vertikale Hartbearbeitung auf den insgesamt vier Pick-up-Maschinen. Dabei durchlaufen unter anderen die Innen- und Au\u00dfendurchmesser sowie die Kurvenoberfla\u0308che des Bauteils verschiedene Dreh- und Schleifprozesse. Anschlie\u00dfend erfolgen weitere Schleifprozesse \u2013 darunter ein \u201eSuper-Finishing\u201c \u2013 sowie das Waschen und eine Oberfla\u0308chenpru\u0308fung.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt ber\u00e4t EMAG seine Kunden bereits in der Fr\u00fchphase \u00fcber Werkzeuganwendung, Maschinenkonzeption, Steuerung und Verkettung. Nach der Montage am Produktionsstandort profitieren die Anwender von einer schl\u00fcsselfertigen Anlage. Der Planungsaufwand beim Kunden ist deutlich minimiert.
