The MRC was first introduced as a bin-picking\u00a0solution, but\u00a0has been designed from the\u00a0<\/span><\/b>beginning\u00a0<\/span><\/b>as a universally applicable automation system. The modular design allows different applications to be\u00a0<\/span><\/b>implemented\u00a0<\/span><\/b>using standardized modules,<\/span><\/b>\u00a0making it easy to adapt\u00a0<\/span><\/b>the system<\/span><\/b>to new tasks without\u00a0<\/span><\/b>major redesigns.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Design structure and key technical data<\/h3>\n

A key feature of the MRC is its compact, transport-optimized design. With a width of 2.70 meters, the robot cell\u00a0<\/span>can be transported<\/span>\u00a0by truck\u00a0<\/span>as a complete unit<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 no dismantling required<\/span>. All modules are mounted on a common base plate, which is both crane- and forklift-compatible.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>his design<\/span>\u00a0enables full<\/span>\u00a0pre-commissioning<\/span>. Processes, motion sequences, gripper\u00a0functions\u00a0and interfaces can be set up and tested in advance.\u00a0<\/span>On site, customer effort is limited to aligning and connecting utilities<\/span>\u00a0such as compressed air,\u00a0network\u00a0and electricity.\u00a0<\/span>As a result, commissioning times are significantly reduced.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This concept has already proven itself in practice: In customer applications, the MRC\u00a0<\/span>was<\/span>\u00a0fully commissioned within a few days of delivery<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 allowing for<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>faster ramp-up\u00a0and predictable implementation of automation projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

MRC as a building block of modern automation<\/h3>\n

The MRC is\u00a0<\/span>designed as an open automation system.\u00a0<\/span>Rather than focusing on a single process, it enables the integration of multiple\u00a0<\/span>production technologies\u00a0<\/span>as well as\u00a0<\/span>possible secondary processes. This applies\u00a0in particular to\u00a0the connection to upstream feed systems.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
