Our most important task is to maintain direct contact with our clients. Our office-based service team can be reached, free of charge, from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

 

In addition to that, we have established a central contact point that is manned around the clock, even on holidays and weekends. This Hotline can solve your problems quickly. The service engineers working the hotline have software to pull up the manufacturing details and the current setup of your machine(s). If needed and readily available spare parts can be dispatched or made available for pick-up within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

 

More complex problems can be solved by using our remote service (Remote Experts), with a direct connection to your machine’s control system, which allows for any problem to be solved within the shortest possible time.
