Retooling
These days, it is not uncommon to have constant design changes of end products. These changes mean making adjustments to accommodate new production runs, or the manufacture of completely new component lines.
Our decades of experience allow us to develop and implement the necessary changes to the manufacture of existing component lines, or plan the production of new workpieces and help you with the run-in.
In these cases EMAG will be responsible for:
- technical advice
- selection and provision of workholding equipment, tools and measuring devices
- generation of tooling layouts and workpiece programs
- generation of required test sheets
- run-in of the relevant components up to CPK
- on-site technical support during start-up phase
- productivity optimization during start-up phase
