Module 1
- Machine description
- Safety regulations
- Machine construction and modules
- Visual examination of the machine
- Geometrical checks
- Error diagnosis
- Maintenance procedure and its regular intervals
Module 2
- Switching the machine on and referencing it
- Hands-on training in all important operating sequences
Module 3
- Practicing regular maintenance work according to examples given in the EMAG maintenance manual
- Exchange of mechanical modules
- Troubleshooting with the help of drawings, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and manuals from outside suppliers
Prerequisite:
Comparable experience with machine tools

Mechanical engineers, electricians, maintenance personnel
