Module 1

  • Machine description
  • Safety regulations
  • Machine construction and modules
  • Visual examination of the machine
  • Geometrical checks
  • Error diagnosis
  • Maintenance procedure and its regular intervals

Module 2

  • Switching the machine on and referencing it
  • Hands-on training in all important operating sequences

Module 3

  • Practicing regular maintenance work according to examples given in the EMAG maintenance manual
  • Exchange of mechanical modules
  • Troubleshooting with the help of drawings, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and manuals from outside suppliers

Prerequisite:

Comparable experience with machine tools

Course participants:

Mechanical engineers, electricians, maintenance personnel
