• You will become familiar with and understand the design characteristics of the EMAG manufacturing systems and its modules
• You will become familiar with and understand the EMAG hydraulics and pneumatics diagrams
• You will be quicker in locating and correcting machine malfunctions by studying the relevant drawings and diagrams
• You will be familiar with the important procedures that will help you in your diagnostic and maintenance work
• You will be familiar with the geometric testing process and the restoration of the geometry
• You will know when and how to replace wear-and-tear parts and the most important mechanical equipment modules, and how to routinely exchange them

• To increase machine availability
• To reduce maintenance and repair costs
• To optimize spare parts stocks
• To increase the life of the machine and modules

Module 1

• Machine description
• Safety regulations
• Machine construction and modules
• Visual examination of the machine
• Geometrical checks
• Error diagnosis
• Maintenance procedure and its regular intervals

Module 2

• Switching the machine on and referencing it
• Hands-on training in all important operating sequences

Module 3

• Practicing regular maintenance work according to examples given in the EMAG maintenance manual
• Exchange of mechanical modules
• Troubleshooting with the help of drawings, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and manuals from outside suppliers
