• You will be familiar with and understand the setup of the control system and drives, the setup of the EMAG electrical cabinet and the design of EMAG wiring diagrams
• You will recognize problems faster and, using the diagrams, locate and correct them
• You will be familiar with the operating procedures that will help you in your diagnostic and maintenance work
• You will be able to control and schedule regular data backups
• You will know when and how to replace wear-and-tear parts and the most important electrical equipment modules, and how to routinely exchange them

Module 1

• Machine description

• Switching the machine on and referencing it
• Hands-on training in all important operating sequences

Module 3

• Practicing regular maintenance work according to examples given in the EMAG maintenance manual
• Exchange of electrical modules and recommissioning
• Troubleshooting with the help of wiring diagrams and manuals from outside suppliers
