Operation
This course is directed at newcomers and those operators of EMAG manufacturing systems who presently have little background knowledge.
The benefits:
- You will feel confident handling the operating elements for the machine
- You will be familiar with and understand the operating sequence for the machine and will be able to prepare and start the production cycle
- You will be able to correct small malfunctions
Objectives:
- To increase machine availability by raising operational safety levels
- To maintain output rates
- To produce components of better quality and greater accuracy

- Machine construction and modules
- Adjusting and setting up tools
- Exercises in the use of user interface, operating elements and operational sequences
- Introduction to diagnostic and online help systems

Prerequisite:
Technical vocational training or comparable work experience

Operators, setters, supervisors, team leaders
