The VSC TRIO automatic lathe is a turning machine for high-performance, high-precision mass production – a multi-spindle machine that simultaneously machines three workpieces. The VSC TRIO series combines high-yield production with a small footprint.

 

The VSC TRIO automatic lathe is an interesting stand-alone solution, but can also be integrated, without problem, into existing manufacturing concepts.

 

The VSC TRIO multi-spindle machine features direct position feedback systems in all axes.

The automatic lathe VSC TRIO is the most productive and economical solution when large batches of workpieces have to be machined on the smallest possible footprint. Two-track loading considerably reduces loading times. The three vertical spindles collect the workpieces from conveyor belt 1 and unload them – after the machining cycle has been completed – on belt 2 for removal.

The automatic lathe VSC TRIO:

  • for the simultaneous machining of three workpieces
  • a single machining area with three work spindles
  • for the simultaneous machining of three workpieces with identical operational sequence
  • workpiece diameter and length can be corrected for each work spindle individually
