Deep-hole drilling machine
The HL 1000 machines crankshafts of a maximum 1020 mm in length and 265 mm in diameter. With bore diameters of between 4 and 8 mm, and using minimal amounts of lubrication, the HL 1000 offers its users an above average tool life. All machining results – even those of massive 150 kg truck crankshafts – are checked while the workpiece is still held in the chuck, and logged by the control system.
