Tornio verticale VLC 250 – multifunzionalità e flessibilità elevata
Il tornio verticale VLC 250 è stato concepito espressamente per l'impiego di diverse tecnologie di produzione. Elevata flessibilità e moduli tecnologici efficienti assicurano un’economicità nelle diverse lavorazioni. Con la VLC 250 è possibile integrare le diverse lavorazioni anche con alti volumi di trucioli, derivati dalle operazioni di tornitura e fresatura, oppure piccole quantità di trucioli derivati dalle operazioni di rettificatura.
EMAG Vertical Gear Cutting Machine VLC 250 WF
The VLC 250 WF is designed for the manufacture of wheel-shaped workpieces with a diameter of up to 220 mm and gear module 4 and offers the user greatest possible flexibility, as it can be used as a single-spindle turning machine, a gear hobbing machine or a combination of both. In other words, the user gets two fully fledged machines, which he can use as and when a change in components demands.If an additional operation is called for -- roller burring, for instance -- this can be integrated in a separate machining station. The main application, however, is the precision machining of gear profiles on medium and large batches of components.
EMAG Vertical Multifunctional Production Machine VLC 250 P
Development of the VLC 250 P clearly focused on idle time reduction. Periods during which the machine does not produce -- when it is being loaded or unloaded -- had to be eliminated. The machine proves its worth when it comes to workpieces with short machining times, where the ratio between cycle time and idle time is the decisive factor in establishing the efficiency of the machining process. Another advantage: where a conventional process and the DUO concept are used for OP 10 and OP 20, the slower of the two ops defines the output rate.
EMAG Vertical Multifunctional Production Machines VLC 250 DS
The VLC 250 DS has been specially designed for the process-capable, low-cost, precision manufacture of medium and large component batches. Typical workpieces are gearwheels, sprockets, sliding sleeves, components for CVTs, link pins, con-rods, rocker arms, bearing rings and piston rings. The machining process is chosen to fit the workpiece and its quality requirements. The advantage for the customer lies in the flexibility that allows him to choose the machining process that best suits his requirements: hard turning, scroll-free turning or grinding -- all on one machine.
Vertical Pick-up Turning Machine VLC 1200
The VLC 1200 – at the moment the largest pick-up machine in the world – can vertically machine workpieces of up to 1,200 mm diameter and 2,000 kg in weight. As always with EMAG, automation forms an integral part of the machine.
