EMAG service agreements provide optimum protection for your production

The new EMAG service agreements come preconfigured and build on one another. However, they can be flexibly expanded and adapted to meet various requirements. The result: Once the contract is signed, you have an agreement that perfectly fits your needs for service and support. There are no limits to the various combination options. A suitable agreement will simplify your administrative processes, and make your service costs easier to plan and more transparent.

The Value Agreement is the entry level and provides the basis for improving performance. The Value Agreement includes the following services at an attractive price:

  • Inspection according to EMAG inspection checklist
  • Enhanced phone support
  • EMAG ServicePlus App

The focus of the Performance Agreement is primarily on preventive maintenance actions. These include, among other things, the Fingerprint, providing a diagnosis of the condition of mechanical components.

This service agreement is characterized by an extra level of safety, so that you are not left on your own with repairs, or faults that need to be remedied. RemoteDiagnosis gives you access to quick expert help in case of malfunctions—regardless of your location. The Repair and Maintenance Agreement includes the following services:

  • Repairs
  • RemoteDiagnosis
  • Fingerprint
  • Maintenance according to EMAG maintenance checklist
  • Enhanced phone support
  • EMAG ServicePlus App

The Full-Service Agreement is very comprehensive and represents an extra high degree of production reliability. You receive the service parts needed for necessary repairs. In an emergency, you can also use the RemoteExperts Assistance Call button. This makes the full EMAG expertise available to you at the touch of a button. The Full-Service Agreement includes the following services:

  • RemoteExperts
  • Fingerprint
  • Maintenance according to EMAG maintenance checklist
  • Enhanced phone support
  • EMAG ServicePlus App

Service agreements are available both for new and previously installed machines. In case of previously installed older machines, a preliminary inspection (including a defined machine status) is required before the conclusion of a Repair and Maintenance Agreement or Full-Service Agreement.
