Therefore, EMAG Holding GmbH cannot grant any warranty regarding the confidentiality and completeness of the data transmissions. Before using the mail function, please examine what kind of information is suited for internet-based transmissions.

Social Bookmarks

Social Bookmarks gives you the opportunity to use your own social media profile to recommend an article from our website to others. For this you need to have an existing profile with any one of the offered services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Xing or Linkedln.

Unlike social media plugins (e.g. the „Like“-key in Facebook), personal connection data is in this case only generated when you use the Social Bookmark function and identify yourself by logging in to your social network. More comprehensive information and notes on data economy and data integrity can be gleaned from the websites of the central data protection offices of the universities of Baden-Württemberg.

WiredMinds

This website uses the products and services of WiredMinds (www.wiredminds.de) for marketing and optimisation purposes. It collects,  processes and retains data used to generate pseudonimised user profiles. Where possible and appropriate, these user profiles will be completely anonymised. For this purpose cookies may be used. These are small text files stored in website visitors’ internet browsers and serve to recognise the browser on future visits. The data collected – which may also contain personal information – is passed to or directly collected by WiredMinds. WiredMinds is authorised to use information left by website visitors to generate anonymised user profiles. The data thus obtained will not be used to identify the website visitor without their specially obtained consent. The data will also not be connected up to any personal data referring to the pseudonimised identity.  IP-addresses collected in this way are anonymised immediately upon collection by deletion of the last number block. Website users may object to any kind of data collection, processing and storage at any time with immediate and lasting effect.
