EMAG Setup Training
Designed for participants with basic knowledge of CNC, turning, and grinding.
Objectives:
- The participants acquire a general understanding of operating and NC program editing skills
Controls:
- Siemens 840D or Fanuc 18i / 32i
Contents:
- Structure of control system and control panel
- Understanding of tool layout
- Machine set-up (clamping, tools, pallets)
- Input for finishing NC program and single test of production
- Measurement of workpiece and program correction
